RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
(In accordance with the right of withdrawal detailed in the Terms and Conditions – clauses 4 and 5)
1. Withdrawal Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.
2. Return Conditions
To be accepted, the returned product must:
• Be in its original condition (unassembled, unused, undamaged)
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Be accompanied by the invoice or return form that we will provide
• Be returned within 14 days of exercising your right of withdrawal
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Sealed products that have been opened (for hygiene or safety reasons)
• Products that have been unsealed, damaged, or assembled
3. Return Procedure
1. Contact our customer service at contact@roadlamborghiniparts.com, providing your order number and the product(s) in question
2. We will send you a return form along with instructions
3. Carefully pack the product(s) with the return form
4. Return the package to the address provided (return shipping costs are your responsibility)
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of:
• Defective or non-compliant product
• Error on our part (incorrect product shipped)
In these two cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
5. Refund
We will refund you within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your return (or upon provision of proof of shipment).
The refund includes:
• The cost of the returned products
• Standard shipping costs (excluding express delivery options)
The refund will be issued via the payment method used at the time of purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
6. Deduction for Damaged Products
If the returned product shows signs of excessive use or damage (scratches, stains, missing parts, torn packaging), we may deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value from your refund.
7. Exchanges
We do not process exchanges directly. If you would like a different model or size, you must:
1. Return the original product (following the procedure above)
2. Place a new order on our website.
